Production methods
All production is 100% handmade, 1 craftsma can make 20 pairs per day. Each pair of shoes takes 4 days from start to finish.
1. The cutting of the leathers is performed with special handmade cutting molds and each size has its own molds.
2. The leather is sewn to create the hems and to connect it to the different layers.
3. The shoes are then put in the oven for 15 minutes at 80 °
4. The leather sole is inserted and sewn together with the midsole.
5. For those who require rubber, this is glued under the buffalo leather.
Precautions
These shoes are natural and not chemically treated, they guarantee better breathability and softness as they are used, gradually taking on the shape of the foot. It will be normal to feel them stiff immediately but it will be just for few days. Wetting the leather, it absorbs the water (which is normal for untreated leathers that guarantee transpiration) but it will be easy to dry. It is recommended not to stay too wet with this shoes to make the product live longer. they must fit wider than the measurement of the foot, about 0.5/0.8cm more than your feet size since physiologically the foot lengthens in movement with each step.
It is not recommended to wear them not with tight, elastic stockings but with toe socks, wide in front, or in natural material. You can also use them without socks when the product has adapted to the foot.
Clean them with water and polish them (brush it for nubuck leather).
Using grease cream will make the leather more waterproof but less breathable.. (is yours choice).
These shoes last over time if the foot resumes its natural movement and does not stress the shoe too much.
Keep the sole checked for any wear so that it can be resolved with new rubber or leather that can easily stick from any specialized craftsman. You can buy the sole to restore directly on this site.
