The yarns that compose them

The sheep’s wool comes from South America, that of alpaca comes from a camelid that lives in the Andes mountain range, in South America, similar to the llama (another camelid that lives in the Andes), but without a hump, that of a camel comes from ‘Saudi Arabia. Alpaca and camel wool warm more and are softer than sheep wool.

The cotton comes from India and Tanzania (it is the same cotton used in our organic cotton socks).

do they sting? After the first wash the socks become even softer, but they are already very soft at the start, I recommend to those who are particularly sensitive to the contact of wool with the skin to wear a pair of cotton socks in contact with the skin and over a pair of socks woolen.

They keep the color. After the first wash the socks become even softer, but they are already very soft at the start, I recommend to those who are particularly sensitive to the contact of wool with the skin to wear a pair of cotton socks in contact with the skin and over a pair of socks woolen.

Alpaca and camel wool warm more and are softer than sheep’s wool, but are less resistant to rubbing, so we added cotton and hemp to make soft, super warm socks (sheep + alpaca, camel + sheep) and resistant (cotton + hemp)
