All Xero Shoes are wider than traditional shoes. If you normally wear a size larger to get a looser fit with traditional shoes, you may not have to do this with the Xero shoes. Natural materials (such as leather or canvas) may stretch during initial wear. We recommend measuring your foot in cm and choosing from 0.5 cm to 1 cm more space in the length especially if you use them for sports, because the foot physiologically lengthens during movement with each step and even more during activities intense.
