Shipments are made within the following working day from receipt of payment, using one of the agreed couriers, which may vary according to the delivery area.
Once the package has been taken over by the courier, you will receive an email with the track and the estimated delivery date which can be from 2 to 6 working days.
Use a delivery address where there is someone to pick up.
We cannot specify the delivery time or leave the package without a user’s signature upon delivery.
It is at the discretion of the courier of each area to call in case there is difficulty in delivery.
In case of failed delivery attempt, the courier should leave a coupon to confirm the passage with specified above if another delivery will be attempted, or if it is necessary to go and collect in person in the nearest sorting office.
IMPORTANT: If the package received is very damaged or open, still collect the package leaving the courier said “withdrawal with reserve”, this serves to certify on the spot, that the package on delivery was not intact and it will be easy for us to delegate responsibilities to the shipper in case of missing items or product damage.
